Mexican Tax and Legal Compliance S.C. (hereinafter referred to as “MTLC”) part of the group formed by BMTC-DFK, S.C. located in Río Vístula 335, Oficina 201, Colonia del Valle C.P. 66220, San Pedro Garza García, Mexico, is a Mexican civil society of public accountants and business consultants, a member of DFK INTERNATIONAL, an association of Public Accountants Firms and International Business Consultants with its headquarters in London, England, and a network of 24 offices in Mexico and 441 around the world. DFK is an international network of independent public accounting, tax, advisory and consulting firms.
Each of the DFK member firms is a separate legal entity and has no responsibility for the acts or omissions of another entity. Nothing in the arrangements or rules of the DFK network shall constitute or imply an agency relationship or a partnership between DFK International and member firms.
This privacy statement ("Privacy Notice" or "Privacy Statement") applies only to the website www.bmtc-dfk.com.mx (or the "website") and not to the various separate websites according to each location where DFK is present redirects it.

Conditions of access and use
This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website www.bmtc-dfk.com.mx .
